The Horse Girl Who Never Grew Out of It

Meet Jasmine

Jasmine climbed into the saddle for the first time when she was just 5, and the rest is muddy-boot, horse-hair-covered history. By 13, while other kids were playing video games, she was clocking in full-time volunteer hours at the barn—feeding, cleaning, riding, and learning everything she could from sun-up to saddle-off.

Since then, she’s done it all: barrel racing, trail guiding, barn managing, horse breaking, training camps, and even running a full summer riding camp with 30 kids (and yes, she still has the patience of a saint). She’s taught both kids and adults how to feed, care for, and communicate with horses like they were born in the saddle.

Jasmine has worked her way across Florida’s top stables as a trainer, lead guide, and all-around barn boss. And now? She’s building something of her own—a place where people and horses find peace, purpose, and a little bit of dirt under their nails.

Her dream? To create a training, trail riding, and horse-care facility that’s more than a barn—it’s a sanctuary. One where riders connect with nature, animals, and themselves. Where kids can reset. Where the horses are happy, the vibes are grounded, and every hoofbeat feels like home.

“The best kind of therapy doesn’t come with a couch—it comes with hooves and handlebars.”

“Horse girl energy? Please. This is CEO of the Saddle energy.”

Jasmine was 14 when this photo was taken—standing on her horse like it’s a yoga mat and casually on her phone like she’s ordering pizza. Iconic. This wasn’t just a flex—it was a full-blown I run this barn moment. And yes, the horse was unbothered, because they knew who was in charge.
